At PawLuxe Groom, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Hygiene products (shampoos, conditioners) are only accepted if unopened.
• Defective power tools have a 12-month warranty.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Send an email to contacto@pawluxegroom.com with your order number.
2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.
3. Once the product is received, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products.
